Help!  How do I cancel myself off the listings of all
the comp.sys.amiga.* groups?  I used to be on the relay
for comp.sys.amiga, comp.sys.amiga.tech, and comp.sys.amiga.games,
but with the reorganization I haven't been able to get off any
of them!  
If anyone could tell me how to get off them, or better yet if anyone
could remove me from all of them, I'd be most thankful.
