It has been mentioned a couple of times that anyone with EMail access
can get files via ftp<->email.  Could someone please post basic
instructions for the complete net.idiot on how and where this can be
done.  I know how to send, read, and reply to email and news, but know
little else about the net.
I know how to send mail to anything which has an address, but not much
else.
