Use 720K 3,5" MS-DOS format disks.

On Sparc use the PD toolkit "mtools" (mcopy, mdir aso.). This program is
much better, faster (and cheaper) than Sun's own MS-DOS emulation disk
handling.

On Amiga, use one of several programs:
DOS-2-DOS (commercial)
Crossdos  (shareware)
MSH       (PD, on Fish disk, probably the best)
