Under 2.0, if you mount a device that has BufMemType set to fast
when there is no fast memory, when you access that device the machine
crashes.

I suppose this means that the mount command isn't checking to see
that AllocMem returns a non-zero value when allocating buffers.

Somebody at Commodore please validate this and mail me.
