Stalker supports xon/xoff of rts/cts or both.  

The other Q? I don't know the answer for that but here are some

PS an example of the utility STalker/STeno provide is that I am 
preparing this message in one DA STeno window and then ran STeno from 
the desktop to open the read.me that had the addresses I wanted to 
paste into this message.  now I can send the whole thing to STalker 
and the net world w/a couple of keystrokes or mouse clicks.

PPS Another nice thing is that STeno used as a DA has a gem menu bar 
INSIDE its window. ( and it always tries to show the full selections
by not only dropping down but droppIng up (can I say that?) as well.

Yet another feature is that they can both be run as DAs or prgs off 
the desktop.  Actually there are yet still more other features 
unmentioned AND STalker 3.x w/script language and other things will 
be out soon.
