Sorry if this question has come up before (though I've never seen it), but 
I am trying to  find a C++ compiler/debugger for the ST. I don't mind if 
it's PD or a commerically-available product. I currently don't have access
to anonymous FTP sites, so any PD stuff would need to be available on disk.
I have a 1040ST + mono monitor, though info for any configuration of ST will
is also appreciated. Also, I am in the UK, so "local" contacts would be
preferable (although please also post any others you might know of too).
