You might look into a program called UltraScript by IMAGEN.  The original
version of this program allowed the Atari SLM804 laser printer to print
PostScript files.  An ad in the April 1990 issue of STart lists a version
that supports other printers, including "virtually any dot matrix" printer.
I assume this means Epsons.

The list price is a little steep (~$200 US).  I also imagine that it requires
a butt-load of memory to run since all of the PostScript processing has to
be done by the ST (a task usually left to the very expensive PostScript
printer).

I do not own this program, so I have no idea of how good it is.  I am not
