I have ported the new versions (1.15) of GNU diff and diff3 to TOS. I
consider this to be a beta version and I am willing to distribute it to
people who want to use it seriously and are willing to report on problems
encountered. I don't want to distribute it NOW to persons that just collect
software.

After a few weeks of testing I will make it available to the general
public.  If you are interested in beta testing, drop me a note. Take care
that I get a valid return address. I will provide the binaries and the
standard README file in a ZOO archive. There is as yet no decent manual.
