Is there a tar utility (which I could use under Gulam) other than the 
STTAR.ARC available from terminator?  I wish to archive some directories 
regularly, and I am most comfortable using tar & compress a la UN*X.  I 
cannot get ctar to tar up a large directory (and it takes a LONG time for
it to even try!!).  Thanks in advance!
