I spoke with a guy named Mike something (sorry, the name is in my notebook at work) at Direct Mail Projects (the comany you sent your coupon to). The number is (503) 222-3909. They were very courteous and told me exactly what the problem is. First, you should know that Direct Mail Projects is an independent company from HP. Second, the reason why you (or me) haven't received the module yet is because Direct Mail Projects has none to send. HP grossly underestimated the "overwhelming response" that the promotion received, and hence quickly ran out of modules to mail to people. The guy I spoke to said that they received "thousands" of coupons from people expecting molules. They just didn't have that many committed to the promotion....so we wait. Mike at DMP told me that he should have modules in hand around the end of January, and that I could expect to receive mine sometime in the first or second week in February. It'll turn out to be like 12 weeks wait for me, but what can you do. If you want to find out specifically where you sit in the queue (in case it matters), give them a call. >>>Joe
