My company uses an HP 2563B printer; we wanted to upgrade that
printer with an additional 12/15 cpi character set (that's option
012, if ordered with a new printer).

Unfortunately, our HP sales rep was not able to find out the
part number for an upgrade kit (probably, it is an EPROM).

Does anybody know that number ?
