Graphtec X-Y Plotter MP2300  by Western Graphtec.

 *   Features include

 -   Automatic pen capping
 -   High plotting speed - 25 cm/s pen down almost the highest this class.
 -   Command sets, Digiplot (MP1000), Personal Plotter ( FP5301),
     and HP-GL emulation.  Functions include drawing circles & curves,
