It's exactly what it says. Command.com has run out of its default 160 bytes of
environment space. To alleviate this problem put this into your config.sys
file:

shell=c:\dos\command.com /e:256  
(assuming command.com is in your c:\dos directory)

This will give MSDOS 256bytes of environment space. It can an integer from
160 (the default) up to 32768.
