Actually, I can scan the image to fit within the screen dimensions but, it looks awful. I want the image to look like some of the good quality GIFs that are available on the net. Is this possible given the equipment? I am using Paintbrush IV Plus on the software end. Resizing the image after scanning does not help the appearance of the picture.
