PC Paintbrush comes with a TSR called FRIEZE that can save the screen as a
paint file, which can be subsequently printed.

If you're willing to write your own utility, I can recommend a book
entitled "Programing Laser Printers" published by MIS Press.  Further
details available on request.

P.S.  The LaserJet II is MUCH easier to program for than Epson clones, IMHO.
