Following this message, I will be posting the current man pages for the 
ISIS v3.0 Network Manager, so that potential users can make comments and/or
suggestions.  The Network Manager is currently undergoing testing, and any
significant suggestions or extensions may be incorporated into the initial
or subsequent releases.  

I'll be posting the man1 and man5 (formatted) files, to be dropped into an
appropriate man area.
