Now everyone knows about GRiD, but I'm looking for alternatives. The laptop need not be on the Preferred Products List (PPL)(or its successor), but must be TEMPEST-compliant. The laptop must be able to perform at a sustained 6 SPECmarks performance, with an 80 - 100 MB hard drive, 640x480, >10inch diagonal display, >4MB RAM, > 3hr battery, and the other 'usual' peripherals. I would appreciate hearing from anyone that knows of any vendors with such a box. PLease replay asap, since the time marches on.
