Message-ID: <7329@jhunix.HCF.JHU.EDU> Date: 13 Jan 91 17:20:51 GMT Distribution: usa Organization: Dept. of Biology, The Johns Hopkins University Lines: 13 As the new owner of a Toshiba T1200XE (and new reader of this group) I'd like to know what other users recommend in the way of a technical reference manual for this machine. I always like to have one of these for each new machine in my life, both for the unexpected things it can teach me *and* "just in case" -- in case Toshiba goes bankrupt :-), in case I need to get a technician to modify/repair something, in case I need to figure out how to turn off the sidelight from a program (?), etc. So, does Toshiba sell such a beast (and if so, where do I get it)? Does a third party offer anything of value? Is this all a waste of time? Please E-mail to me and I will summarize to the group. Thanks!
