To my knowledge, there is no such device. Although, you can purchase a
add-on buss expansion, and use a standard pc buss midi card.

There are the devices that you mentioned, but these are NOT MPU-401
compatible. (They come with a cheesy sequencer to get around the non-
standard interface.)
