I have an file of around 103K which reflects some accounts of the
last six months. It was closed on my hard disk and shifted to a
floppy on 11th January. The floppy index correctly reflects all
the information about the file but when I open the document all
that there is n entry in cell A1, the rest of the document is
empty. I have shifted the document back to the hard disc and it
still reflects all the correct information about the file
including the size of 103K but again only opens as a virtually
empty file. I have a back up on my tape but I haven't checked
that. Can anyone help to explain this phenomena.
