Although it appears that everything is set up correctly, I do not see a file server in the AppleTalk Zone (the KIP zone) as expected. I now believe the problem is that I have configured the GatorBox to use AppleTalk Phase 2 only. Our campus is attempting to switch over to a Phase 2 only network. However, CAP must be working in the AppleTalk Phase 1, since the last version is from 1988. What I am trying to understand is whether the CAP could also use Phase 2. Or, put another way, is a Phase 2 only net downwardly compatible with Phase 1 s/w. Dirk Herr-Hoyman University of Wisconsin, Dept. of Family Medicine dhoyman@fammed.wisc.edu (608) 262-6368
