I don't play it myself, but my brother swears by it. It is all statistically driven, the graphics are there but not impressive, and the user interface leaves a little to be desired but is tolerable. The game comes with a set of teams; you can also create your own from players' statistics. Not all of the mail order places carry it, BTW.
