If you're handy with a screwdriver/pocket knife etc. the programmer's
switch can be emulated. Just shove your favorite thin-bladed object
through the slot in the case and push the button. (The actual switch
is inside the machine and all you're doing is pushing it's plastic
knob. good luck. :)
