Since that time, they have been experiencing problems when they use Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint. When they use Word for some period of time, the display loses its vertical hold and cannot be read. I was just told that now the mouse is freezing up when they go into Word. The only way to fix the problem is to power down and reboot. Also they have had a problem with PowerPoint apparent not refreshing the chart display window when they change pages. Has anyone seen this problem? Is it a Microsoft incompatibility with the IIfx? Is it a hardware problem. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
