How about experiences dealing with a company in Chicago, IL named Mac!Direct! ? The product line advertised claims 5 year warranties and 200,000 hrs MTBF. Is this real? What about drive noise? Especially as compared to Quantum 105 drives which I have experienced. The add I'm looking at in a recent MacWeek claims 357MB $1398/$1498 680MB $1799/$1899 1200MB $2995/$3095 Does anyone know if SilverLining 5.25 can format these drives? How does their nooise and performance compare with Wren Runner drives from Imprimis? -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Snail: Doug R.
