My friendly Apple dealer tells me that this is a ground line, to keep my colors true, and that all color monitors have this. However, this line is a pain if I want to do any kind of visual experiments on my Mac. Do all monitors have this line (it shows up on a white background best)? Does anyone know how to get rid of it? -dan
