I.E., such machines could not be purchased by individual end users, but by departments who would then distribute the machines internally to specific users. Such machines would not be owned by the users, but rather by the department. Individual end users could only purchase the 40 Mb/2Mb RAM unit, that lists for $1639.00 Can anyone at another campus/Apple confirm this or a comparable availability arrangement?
