The back I have ONLY allows the following set selections

	full disk
	changed files
	specific file

Unfortunately, applications often get grouped with their data
in FOLDERS.  I'm looking for a means to backup FOLDERs
and thus collections of data < the whole disk but > single files.
Of course one could set and poke files interatively,
but that sure is a dumb way to use a 'user-friendly' system!


What backup methodology/programs due you recommend?
