Thanks to everyone who responded (espec. Peter for the code).

BTW, Chernicoff wrote _Macintosh Revealed_ vol. I-IV.  These and IM-IV and
IM-V I have (JFYI).  Mac. Revealed (I and II) _almost_ replace IM-I...III. 
Atleast for the novice.

So, when does IM-VI come out? :)
