Does anyone know what SCSI commands to send to a Mac CD-ROM drive to make it
control a music disc? (i.e. play, pause, set_track, etc.)  I am assuming that
I'd need to open sg0 and ioctl() it to death, but I am not sure what to put in
the SCSI command buffer.
