I finally stepped in one. Well lets see how to dig out. I really debated on whether to leave the last comment in. I knew some people would understand the intent of the remark and some people would read stuff into it. I guess I will know better next time. My personal policy is that I reply by email to most messages. Then, a long series of attack and defense postings are not generated. The bulk of the replies to a given question are email which allows the person who generated the question to post on how their problem was resolved. Failure to post, a flaw that I have, helps push the idea that no one is listening. I do agree with one comment about handling customers. Handling a difficult customer correctly usually generates a customer for life. It is also the right thing to do.
