  After using the Installer to upgrade FrameMaker to 2.0c,  you might
check the  permissions of the two .ps files in
    /LocalApps/FrameMaker.app/.fminit2.0/next
After I did the installation, these two .ps files (I forget their names),
did not have read permission for 'others'.   Thus only 'me' and 'root'
could open FrameMaker and nobody else.
