I've been using the Draw program that came with my NeXTstation and
it doesn't quite cut it for what I need to do.  I need a drawing
program with at least the functionality of MacDraw, and I need the
ability to import & export files for use on a Mac (in MacDraw or PICT format).

Does anyone know which programs on the market have these features?
