The PC must have at least 384K of memory. Both emulators are commercial programs available through Hypersoft. PC-Three is $109.95. My guess is that the best you could get is a CP/M emulator, which isn't what you want (unless you were getting a TRS-80 emulator to run CP/M under it in the first place). -- John C.
