The documentation for Karl Berry's eplain.tex macros requires teh 
texinfo.tex macros.  I have version 1.13 of these, which I thithe
is at least a year or two old.  Is there a newer version?  Karl's 
documentation uses a @title macro (or was it @chapter) that isn't
defined in my texinfo macros.

I looked on prep.ai.mit.edu, but couldn't find texinfo.tex there.
The texinfo.tex in the Clarkson archive is the same as mine.  

Where else should I look?
