I am looking for program(s) to manipulate/search Bib files:

(1) add (change/delete) entries in a Bib database,

(2) search 1 (or more) Bib database(s) for records by keywords (a simple AND-
facility would do).

[I know these sort of things exist for `refer', but I've migrated all my stuff
to Bib].

Any pointers (ftp, mail servers, ...)?  Please mail me direct (if of global
interest then post here, but cc me on email).
