Is it true that the latest version of AMS-TeX is incompatible with the
latest version of OzTeX?  I'm running OzTeX 1.3 and have uploaded
amstex.tex version 1.1d.  I can INITEX this thing on OzTeX 1.2, but 1.3
gives me what looks like syntax errors.
