I'm setting up METAFONT and I need mode_def's for a LaserWriter IINTX (300dpi)
and a Varityper VT600 (600dpi).  Anybody have any for these printers?
I could just wing it, but I'm not really sure what the best parameters
are.  Any help is *greatly* appreciated.
