Lines: 22 Hello, Over the last couple of months I have been learning to write device drivers. I have read a lot of books, and been to the SCO device driver writers class. So far things have been going fairly well, I have a driver up and running, but I would like to learn more about debugging drivers. So far the only debuging method that I have used much is inserting printfs everywhere so that I can figure out what it is doing. Is there any good reading material on device driver debugging? What other debugging tricks are there that I should try to figure out? I am doing my driver development on both SCO Unix and Xenix (386). thanks in advance -- --------------------------------------------------------------------- David Hoopes Tallgras Technologies Inc. uunet!talgras!david 11100 W 82nd St. Voice: (913) 492-6002 x323 Lenexa, Ks 66214
