The answer is NOT in the manual...

I've just finished scanning 150 or so articles in this newsgroup and
have seen many references to "cica" (not to mention ATM).

What is it?  Where is it?  It seems to be an archive, but is it a server,
or do I have to ftp to it?  Is there a directory available?

And what is ATM?  I have font problems now and again and ATM seems to 
be some sort of font manager -- did I guess right?
