SETUP decided that it wanted to install EGA.SYS and changed my CONFIG.SYS accordingly. Of course, since I have a VGA card, I had to go dig EGA.SY$ off the WINDOWS distribution disks AND the program to expand it. Anyway... I put EGA.SYS in c:\windows where it belongs. Now, windows just sort of craps back into the C: prompt after the initial screen. I had to switch back to the standard VGA driver. Now... why would the 640X400X256 driver need EGA.SYS?? And another thing... I have the Paradise VGA Plus card w/ 256K. It has an edge connector on top and no on-board RAM expansion sockets. How would I go about expanding this?? Is there some kind of expansion board to stick onto it? Er what??? Thanks for the benefit of your experience!! Mark C. "Bro!" Lowe - KB5III
