Boy, do I feel stupid...please disregard my earlier post about
The Usher menu program...I didn't read the accompanying doc and
just loaded the files into my \cica sub-dir (Yes I have a sub-
directory for these things) and it didn't load up the usher.ini
file (Backmenu does...bad assumptions I guess).  Anyway, I tried
it out and it's does let you customize it...sorry.  

But I would still appreciate it if it would remain open w/o having
to hold down the mouse button.  Also left button option would be
great.  I apologize profusely to the author George Browning; next
time I'll read the doc's b/f I go a writing....
