I have uploaded the latest version of Flipper to CICA -- date of the EXE is
11/03/90 -- since it appears that a number of people have an older version 
which is susceptible to Unrecoverable Application Errors when the win.ini
file changes.  I put it in the uploads directory; presumably it will filter
it's way to win3 as well.  It was zipped with version 1.1 of PKZIP.

There seems to be a lot of demand for adding DDE to it so people can
change the printer from WfW and Excel; I'll do that as soon as the more
immediate things on my queue get done, and post here when it's available.
