I have an NCR 916 (386 16Mhz) with 4 Megabytes of extended memory.  When I 
include the HIMEM.SYS driver in the CONFIG.SYS file Windows 3.0 locks up before
the presentation manager starts.  I have swapped all memory boards - no 
change.  Any suggestions?
