Message-ID: <1991Jan21.155733.22267@javelin.es.com> Date: 21 Jan 91 15:57:33 GMT Reply-To: bgeer%javelin@dsd.es.com Organization: Evans & Sutherland Computer Corp., Salt Lake City, Utah Lines: 17 I spent a good amount of the weekend playing around with .PIFs getting applications to run under Win3 on a 386-20. I bet a lot of folks do this, often repeating experimentation others have already done. What we need is a CLEARINGHOUSE.PIF file. Would anyone be interested in collecting & collating .PIFs into a "frequently asked questions" type of file? Sure would come in handy... (So, you ask, why don't I volunteer? I don't have reliable e-mail or aftp access on my `dust-bunny in the corner' subnet at this location, nor the storage facilities this might require to do properly.) -- <> Bob `Bear' Geer <> bgeer@javelin.sim.es.com <> <> Alta-holic <> speaking only for myself, one of my many tricks <> <> Salt Lake City, <> "We must strive to be more than we are, Lal." <> <> Ootah <> -- Cmdr.
