Good morning....

My project is using Windows and SDK.  I am fairly new to the Windows
environment, but am taking both Microsoft University Windows classes.
My question:
  Is the $795/yr for the SDK support worth it?

I have talked to MS and know what is available in their package, but i would
appreciate any input from people who have had problems and if the
MS support resolved those problems in a timely fashion.
