Has anybody seen this problem in OpenWindows?

openwin/bin/xinit .xinitrc -- openwin/bin/xnews :0 -auth .xnews.twain:0
XNeWS: there is already a NeWS server running on :0
openwin/bin/xinit:  Connection refused (errno 61):  unexpected signal 2

I would highly appreciate if anybody can provide a clue to what caused
this problem. Thanks in advance.
