I have used UIMX from Visual Edge in  Montreal, Canada.  It worked
quite well.  It would have been nice if it produced UIL but
it did produce reasonable C code.  It had a C interpreter 
in it which made the debugging of the Call back routines 
much easier.  

The graphical build capability was also quite nice.  I believe
HP is now selling this product under a different name.  Check
with your HP sales person or call Visual Edge directly.
