PLEASE HELP

can anyone tell me a fix, or at least more about the following:

X Toolkit Warning: Cannot convert string "-*-MENU-MEDIUM-R-Normal--*-120-*-*-P-*
-ISO8859-1" to type FontList

I keep getting this (with no obvious effect) at run time.
I have a simple label widget program written with R3 motif and 
R3 X11 and Xt libraries.  

It was compiled on a DEC DS3100 running ULTRIX V4.0(rev 179)
and UWS V4.0(rev 164).
