Environment: Motif 1.0, VaxStation 3100

If I set XmNtraversalOn to true in the XmScale widget,
the granularity is more coarse than if I use the mouse.
ie. I can drag the slider and I get any value in the range
using the mouse, but using the cursor keys to control the 
slider, some values are skipped. I need to be able to get
any value in the range under user control.

Has anyone else seen this behaviour? 

The scale is inside a form...is it possible that if the
form resizes the scale that keyboard traversal does not
work with the new (larger) size?
